Maladie de Behçet : A propos d’un cas au CHU Sylvanus Olympio de Lomé et revue de la littérature
Résumé
La maladie de Behçet est une vascularite «systémique» de
cause inconnue. Elle est cosmopolite mais très rare en
Afrique subsaharienne. Nous rapportons dans ce travail un
cas de maladie de Behçet chez un patient de 56 ans au
CHU Sylvanus Olympio de Lomé. Il s’agit d’un patient de
56 ans reçu en consultation pour des épisodes répétés
d’ulcérations buccales. Nous avons utilisé des données de
l’anamnèse, de l’examen clinique, du bilan paraclinique et
de l’aspect évolutif. Le diagnostic a été retenu après
réalisation du test pathergique qui est revenu positif. Un
traitement à base de prednisone puis colchicine a permis
une guérison des aphtes buccaux.
